Presentation:

The Work-Package entitled “Environmental normativity in the face of climatic disasters” proposes to draw on the disciplines of economics, law and philosophy to explore the connection between business models and empirical findings, information and value judgements in handling the concept of sustainable development and other related concepts (such as CSR and environmental and social transition).

The research will revolve around three focus areas: modelling and decision-making in the face of environmental risks; empirical studies and the manner in which they structure information and judgement; and the ethical aspects of environmental standards, as they relate to information and information processing.
