The Cluster of Excellence Territorial and Spatial Dynamics, known in French as LabEx DynamiTe, includes top research units in the fields of geography, urban planning and development, history, archeology, sociology, anthropology, economics, law and philosophy. The LabEx intends to capitalize on the contributions of these different specialist fields by articulating them around a joint problematic, that of territoriality.
A range of events are organized throughout the year to open the LabEx to the economic world, planning agencies and regional actors.

The LabEx DynamiTe is funded by the “Investments for the Future” program.
It is operated by the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
LabEx (for “Laboratoires d’Excellence”, that is to say, Cluster of Excellence), are research projects supported by the the French National Research Agency under the “Future Investments” programme.
The aim is to enhance the international visibility of top French laboratories in various disciplines, by promoting their interactions with laroratories in similar areas of interest and providing them with significant additional resources.
